All orders are to include item code, product description, quantity, price and freight and handling charges (see below).

Orders are placed through our website: www.livshop.com.au.

Terms and Methods of Payment

All website orders must be paid by credit card or Paypal.

The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. Court in NSW has sole jurisdiction.

The goods remain property of Livshop Online until full payment is received.


Prices are negotiable for bulk requirements. Please contact our sales department.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to 10% GST (goods & services tax) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.


These prices are specific to Livshop’s Online offers and subject to pre-determined quantities. The information provided is for reference only. Livshop reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Availability and Brands

Due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances there is always a possibility that we may temporarily run out of stock of a particular stock item. We will exercise our discretion and supply an alternative brand of comparable quality to save you the convenience of back ordering.

If back ordered item is no longer required, please advise our sales support team through email at sales@livshop.com.au.

Delivery, Postage and Freight
  • We offer a fixed shipping cost of $12.00 for all orders within Australia
  • All Orders over $250 (excl. GST) will be delivered free of charge
  • Standard Delivery Time:
    • 3 to 5 Business Days for NSW, VIC & QLD
    • 5 to 7 Business Days for SA, TAS
    • 7 to 8 Business Days for WA & NT
  • For International orders, please contact us to get a shipping cost quotation and the appropriate shipping information. Please send all correspondence in English and provide us with the Item code, quantity required, and your exact shipping address with postal code. E-mail is the most efficient manner of communication for us.

Price are exclusive of GST.

Goods will not be delivered until payment is made to Livshop Online.

Return of Goods Policy

1. Returning Goods

Prior approval must be obtained from our Online Sales Support team at sales@livshop.com.au before returning goods.

A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is authorised. The form is to be attached with goods together with a copy of our delivery docket/invoice and any other relevant correspondence.

Goods returned must be in their original packaging.

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five working days of receipt of goods.

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of Livshop Online.

2. Collection of Goods

Livshop Online will arrange for goods to be collected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the goods have been returned without any written authorisation by Livshop Online, the company will not be responsible for any charges (for any reason) such as freight, insurance and custom duty etc.

3. 10% Re-stocking fee

Goods returned due to orders placed incorrectly will be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $20.00.

4. Issue of Credit

Livshop Online reserves the right to refuse or delay credit or replacement unless the procedures for the return of goods have been followed.
